By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.GENERAL TERMS.Please write in a clear and nice manner. Provide neat references.
Not a wall of text.I have the right to refuse service if I feel uncomfortable and/or could not meet a compromise with the orderPAYMENTAll commissions must all be paid in full upfront.I will be sending a Paypal invoice after the agreement on the price for the commission/s.PROCESSI will only start on a commission after I have received the payment.Work In Progress will be given to the commissioner as each step is completed: sketch & concept, lineart, flat colors, complete artwork.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 weeksIf I fail to complete the artwork then you will be notified asap and we can discuss the refund.CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONAfter a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made.Any great changes will come with an extra charge.Make sure to be clear in your order what you are aiming for.
